Refund and Returns Policy

Store Policy 

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to place a animal on hold. If you are involved in a payment plan and change your mind on your purchase all money put toward that animal will be able to be transferred to another at a future date or at that current time. All payments and deposits are final and non-refundable.

 

 Shipping is only available to the continental 48 United States, and is done through FedEx Priority Overnight. We ship on tuesdays for wednesday arrival.

Packages typically arrive by 8-10:30am in most areas, however, some areas can be as late as 4:30pm. We  prefer to ship animals to your nearest approved FedEx hub since this is the safest way for the animal. We will not be held responsible for issues or delays with the carrier. We will only ship when temperatures are safe (between 40-80) in all destinations, this includes, my area, your area, and the fed ex hubs that your animal will be traveling through. We take into consideration the overnight lows as well as the daytime highs.

We will include a heat pack or cool pack if we feel one is needed. Please keep me informed of your forecast as well. We guarantee live arrival if delivered to the FedEx Hub….NOT if delivered to your home.

We  do not reimburse shipping costs. If your package is late however, we may be able to get you a refund through the shipping company (less any fees). Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery no matter what! In the unfortunate event of a DOA, we MUST be contacted by email within 1 hour of delivery. Be prepared to send us photographic evidence and video. Once the animal is in the hands of the buyer, it’s health and well-being is beyond my control. We are always available for any questions and care information. We will not guarantee the health (sickness or accident) of the animal once the responsibilities belong to the new owner.*issues resulting from improper husbandry or accidents are not covered.. we feel the pictures that weprovide are very accurate and we are always more than willing to take more photos for you.

We reserve the right to refuse any sales. You MUST be over the age of 18 or older to purchase any animals.

 

 

Payment plans are accepted on groups or individuals priced over $300. A 20% *non refundable* deposit is required, and full payment must be made within 30 days for under $500, or within 60 days for over $500. Animals will not be released until payment is received in full. These terms also apply to animals being held for weather delays, regardless of how long the hold is needed.
